VDE Electrical Safety Standard

More and more companies are introducing production equipment from Europe, which will have safety and warning signs on them. Employees are required to maintain and repair equipment in a correct and safe manner. Therefore, participate The VDE electrical safety standard course is indispensable for employees who work in this field. Electro-pneumatic control technology

Through the course, learn about pneumatic/electrical control technology, know the structure and working principle of pneumatic components, and the working characteristics of components; memorize the names and drawing methods of graphical symbols of pneumatic components, be able to read the functions of the basic circuit; be able to assemble correctly, Debug, realize the function of the basic circuit, be able to read the pneumatic/electric dynamic circuit diagram and draw the displacement-state diagram; be able to assemble the circuit independently and debug to realize the function of the circuit, master the analysis method of the pneumatic/electric dynamic system failure and be independent Troubleshoot.

Outcomes

5. Learn the basis of Siemens Step7-300 series PLC (incl. hardware configuration, the rules of signal address distribution)

6. Based on Siemens PLC-Programming knowledge, use different methods to on-line monitor the system

7. Design processing sequence of stations

8. Programme for the working station according to the control task (incl. Step 7 programming, downloading and test program)

9. Introduction of communication interface between PLCs (incl. the types of interface, Profibus)
